Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the floor console from the vehicle. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    3. Object Number: 401749 Size: SH
  3. Remove the console wiring harness from the amplifier.

    4. Object Number: 401737 Size: SH
  4. Remove the amplifier retaining bolts.

    5. Object Number: 401727 Size: SH
  5. Remove the amplifier from the console through the bottom of the console.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 401727 Size: SH
  1. Install the amplifier to the console.

    2. Object Number: 401737 Size: SH
  2. Install the amplifier retaining bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the amplifier to console screws to 6 N·m (53 lb in).


    Object Number: 401749 Size: SH
  3. Install the console wiring harness to the amplifier.
  4. Install the floor console to the vehicle. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.
  5. Install the negative battery cable.
