Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  2. Remove the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  3. Remove the front fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1361896 Size: SH
  4. Remove the extension bracket fasteners.

    5. Object Number: 1361899 Size: SH
  5. Remove the extension bracket from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1361899 Size: SH
  1. Install the extension bracket onto the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1361896 Size: SH
  2. Install the extension bracket fasteners.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the extension bracket fasteners to 10N·m (88 lb in).

  3. Install the front fender. Refer to Front Fender Replacement .
  4. Install wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
  5. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
