The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Customer concern of HVAC blower motor flutter noise ONLY on the #2 fan speed.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Replace the HVAC control head with part number 10388554.
