Some customers may comment that sun visors are loose or droop when disengaged from the clip and moved towards the door glass.

Do not replace the sun visors. This is normal characteristic of this vehicle

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
