Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the console shift lever bezel from the console. Refer to Console Shift Lever Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    2. Object Number: 1166670 Size: SH
  2. Remove the fasteners from the console shift bezel.

    3. Object Number: 1166669 Size: SH
  3. Remove the console shift bezel.

    4. Object Number: 1166850 Size: SH
  4. Remove the shift bezel switch membrane.

    5. Object Number: 1166800 Size: SH
  5. Remove the shift bezel switch assembly screws.

    6. Object Number: 1166673 Size: SH
  6. Remove the shift bezel switch assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1166673 Size: SH
  1. Install the shift bezel switch assembly into the console bezel.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1166800 Size: SH
  2. Install the shift bezel switch assembly screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).


    Object Number: 1166850 Size: SH
  3. Install the shift bezel switch membrane.

    4. Object Number: 1166669 Size: SH
  4. Install the console shift bezel.

    5. Object Number: 1166670 Size: SH
  5. Install the console shift bezel fasteners.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the console shift lever bezel to the console. Refer to Console Shift Lever Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
