Preliminary Procedure Remove the passenger knee bolster. Refer to Passenger Knee Bolster Replacement Disconnect the electrical connectors.
1	HVAC Control Module Screw (Qty: 4) Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section. Tighten 2 N·m (18 lb in)
2	HVAC Control Module Screw. Procedure The Mode, Recirculation and Temperature actuators must be reprogrammed. Refer to Actuator Recalibration. Tip Programming of the serviced HVAC Control Module is NOT necessary.

2 N·m (18 lb in)

HVAC Control Module Screw.

The Mode, Recirculation and Temperature actuators must be reprogrammed. Refer to Actuator Recalibration.
