Customers of Midsize Utility Trucks (2005 model year only) with the MP3 radio (RPO US8) may comment of a long CD to play time and or error messages. You may have already received the CD, labeled (2005 US8 MP3 Radio Software Upgrade). The CD will resolve this type of customer concern by following the instructions on the CD jacket. Use labor operation R9703 for radio reset, the labor time is 0.2 hours. This is a unique labor operation, specific to an upcoming service bulletin that will found in the SI database within the next few days.
