Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear compartment lid.
  2. Using a grease pencil or suitable marking device, mark the locations of the rear compartment latch strikers prior to removal for ease of installation.

    3. Object Number: 955729 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear compartment latch striker fasteners.
  4. Remove the rear compartment latch striker from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Align the rear compartment latch striker to the alignment marks made upon removal.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 955729 Size: SH
  2. Install the rear compartment latch striker fasteners.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 10 N·m (88 lb in).

  3. Close the rear compartment lid.
