Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the upper grille applique molding. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Molding Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  3. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  4. Remove the wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  5. Remove the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
  6. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlamp bulbs.

    7. Object Number: 955621 Size: SH
  7. Remove the nuts from the headlamp in the following sequence 1, 2 ,3.
  8. Remove the headlamp from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 955621 Size: SH
  1. Align the headlamp assembly into the opening.
  2. Install the headlamp into the vehicle.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the nuts to the headlamp in the following sequence (1, 2, 3).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the headlamp fasteners to 10 N·m (88 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connectors to the headlamp bulbs.
  5. Install the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
  6. Install the wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Install the upper grille applique molding. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Molding Replacement in Exterior Trim.
  9. Close the hood.
