Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat belt anchor bolt and remove the seats belt from the seat guide loop. Refer to Front Seat Belt Replacement in Seat Belts.
  2. Remove the chrome head restraint trim from the headrest. Refer to Chrome Head Restraint Trim Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1200404 Size: SH
  3. Remove the 2 nuts (1) securing the seat belt guide to the seat back frame. Discard the nuts.
  4. Remove the filler piece (2).
  5. Remove the seat belt guide.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the seat belt guide onto the seat back frame studs.
  2. Install the filler piece (2).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the seat belt guide to the seat back frame with 2 new duel-component epoxy lock-nuts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the seat belt guide nuts to 11 N·m (8 lb ft).

  4. Install the chrome head restraint trim to the headrest. Refer to Chrome Head Restraint Trim Replacement .
  5. Feed the seat belt through the seat guide loop and install the seat belt anchor bolt . Refer to Front Seat Belt Replacement in Seat Belts.
