Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 SSR 🢒 Body 🢒 Wipers/Washer Systems 🢒 Windshield Washer Solvent Container Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the powertrain control module (ECM). Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.

    3. Object Number: 1244677 Size: SH
  3. Remove the washer solvent container fasteners.

    4. Object Number: 1244685 Size: SH
  4. Pull upward to unseat the washer solvent container.
  5. Disconnect the washer solvent hose from the washer pump.
  6. Remove the washer solvent container from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the washer solvent container into the vehicle.
  2. Connect the washer solvent hose to the washer pump.

    3. Object Number: 1244685 Size: SH
  3. Push down to seat the washer solvent container into the vehicle.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1244677 Size: SH
  4. Install the washer solvent container fasteners.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 10 N·m (88 lb in).

  5. Install the powertrain control module (ECM). Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.
  6. Close the hood.
