Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 SSR 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Clutch 🢒 Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the transmission assembly. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
  2. Remove the bell housing mounting bolts.
  3. Remove the mounting bolts for the clutch concentric actuator cylinder.
  4. Remove the clutch concentric actuator cylinder.

Installation Procedure
  1. Position the clutch concentric actuator cylinder on the transmission.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the mounting bolts for the clutch concentric actuator cylinder.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the clutch concentric actuator cylinder to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  3. Position the bell housing on the transmission.
  4. Install the mounting bell housing bolts.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the bell housing mounting bolts to 54 N·m (40 lb ft).

  5. Install the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
  6. Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to Hydraulic Clutch Bleeding
