Hydraulic Clutch Hose/Pipe Replacement for Chevrolet SSR 2006

1. Reposition the electrical harness at the master cylinder.
2. Remove the line clip from the master cylinder.
3. Remove the hydraulic line from the master cylinder.
4. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
5. Remove the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
6. Remove the line clip.
7. Remove the hydraulic line from the clutch concentric actuator.

1. Install the hydraulic line on the line from the clutch concentric actuator.
2. Install the line clip.
3. Install the wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
4. Lower the vehicle.
5. Install the hydraulic line to the master cylinder.
6. Install the line clip.
7. Reposition the electrical harness.
8. Fill the master cylinder with fluid. Refer to Fluid and Lubricant Recommendations in General Information.
9. Bleed the hydraulic system. Refer to Hydraulic Clutch Bleeding .
