Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1223140 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Open the tailgate.
  3. Remove the seat back.
  4. Remove the rear seat parcel shelf. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Remove the rear speaker from the rear parcel shelf. Refer to Radio Rear Speaker Replacement .
  6. Remove the rear parcel side shelf screws (2).
  7. Remove the rear parcel side shelf (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1223384 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear parcel side shelf with the screw.
  2. Install the rear speaker to the rear parcel shelf. Refer to Radio Rear Speaker Replacement .
  3. Install the rear parcel shelf. Refer to Rear Window Shelf Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Install the seat back.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
