When the ignition switch turns I, the battery voltage is supplied to the valve coil through the terminal 15 of the electronic brake control module (EBCM) connector.
When the battery voltage, less than 9.5 volts, is supplied to the EBCM, this fault code happens.
EBCM external fault
The warning lamp is ON.
This is a critical operational fault. The antilock brake system (ABS) is disabled and the ABS warning lamp is turned ON. The proportioning is operation.
