For 1990-2009 cars only
- Measure the axle direction play (1) of side gear and replace a side gear washer if it exceeds limit.
- After checking driver (1) and side gear (2) for worn or scratched thrust adjusting shim, replace it if necessary. Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
Specification
The thrust free play of differential side is 0.05-0.33 mm (0.0020-0.0130 in).
