Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1224905 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the ignition switch electrical connector (1).
  4. Remove the ignition switch screw (2).
  5. Remove the ignition switch.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1224906 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Install the ignition switch with the screw.
  3. Install the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
