Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Spark 🢒 Suspension 🢒 Tires and Wheels 🢒 Wheel Alignment - Steering Wheel Angle and/or Front Toe Adjustment
  1. Measure the front toe.

    2. Specification
    The front toe must be between 0 degrees and 0.333 degrees.

  2. If the front toe is not within the specification, separate the clamps from the steering gear boots.
  3. Loosen the right and the left tie rod end lock nuts.

    4. Object Number: 1223128 Size: SH

    Important: The right and left tie rods must be equal in length.

  4. Turn the right and the left tie rods to align the toe.

    5. Specification
    Adjust the front toe to 0.167 degrees.

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  5. Tighten the tie rod end lock nuts.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the tie rod end lock nut to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  6. Install the clamps to the steering gear boots.
