Removal Procedure
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  3. Loosen the evaporative pipe line nut.
  4. Remove the evaporative hose assembly.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the A/C evaporative pipe.
  2. Tighten the evaporative pipe line nut.
  3. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .

    5. Tightening
    Tighten the evaporative pipe nut to 14 N·m (124 lb in).
