  1. Remove the air filter resonator, and snorkel assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  2. Disconnect the ignition wire and oxygen sensor (O2S) connector.
  3. Remove exhaust manifold heat shield.

    4. Object Number: 1240405 Size: SH
  4. Remove the exhaust pipe from the pup-up catalytic converter.

    5. Object Number: 1240422 Size: SH
  5. Remove the exhaust manifold with pup-up catalytic converter.

    6. Object Number: 1240438 Size: SH
  6. Remove the exhaust manifold from pup-up catalytic converter.
