For 1990-2009 cars only
- Install the exhaust manifold to the pup-up catalytic converter bolts and tighten to 50-60 N·m (36-43 lb ft).
- Install the exhaust manifold with pup-up catalytic converter and tighten the bolts and nuts to 17-27 N·m (13-20 lb ft).
- Install the exhaust pipe to the pup-up catalytic converter and tighten the nuts to 25-35 N·m (18-25 lb ft).
- Install the exhaust manifold heat shield and tighten the bolts to 8-12 N·m (71-106 lb in).
- Connect the O2S sensor connector and ignition wire.
- Install snorkel assembly, resonator and filter. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
