Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1223311 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the front wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  3. Remove the wheelhouse splash shield (1). Refer to Fender Liner Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 1633199 Size: SH
  4. Remove the front fog lamp screws (1).
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector (2).
  6. Remove the front fog lamp (3).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1633199 Size: SH
  1. Install the front fog lamp (3) with the screws (1) and tighten to 4 N·m (35 lb in).
  2. Connect the front fog lamp connector (2).
  3. Install the front wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Fender Liner Replacement.
  4. Install the front wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Connect the negative battery cable.
