Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1223270 Size: SH
  1. Remove the clutch cable adjusting nut (1).
  2. Disconnect the clutch cable (2).

    3. Object Number: 1223281 Size: SH
  3. Remove the clutch release arm bolt and nut (2).
  4. Remove the clutch release arm (1).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1223279 Size: SH
  1. Install the clutch release arm matching to punched mark (1) and tighten to 10-16 N·m (7.5-12 lb ft).
  2. Install the clutch release arm.
  3. Adjust the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Assembly Adjustment.
