Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1220693 Size: SH
  1. Remove the hinge-to-body bolts (3).
  2. Remove the hinge-to-door bolts (2).
  3. With the aid of another technician, remove the door hinge (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1220693 Size: SH
  1. With the aid of another technician, install the hinge to the door and the body.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the hinge-to-door bolts (2) and tighten to 15 N·m (11 ft lb).
  3. Install the hinge-to-body bolts (3) and tighten to 35 N·m (26 ft lb).
  4. Adjust the door to proper fit.
