Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1225408 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front passenger side headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
  2. Loosen the rear bracket adjusting bolt (1).
  3. Loosen the bolt (2).

    4. Object Number: 1225409 Size: SH
  4. Loosen the front bracket adjusting bolts (2).
  5. Push the pump forward (1) and remove the drive belt pump.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1225411 Size: SH
  1. Install the pump drive belt.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the front bracket adjusting bolt (1) and tighten to 18-22 N·m (13-16 lb ft).
  3. Install the rear bracket adjusting bolt (3) and tighten to 20-24 N·m (15-18 lb ft).
  4. Install the drive belt pump (2) and tighten to 20-24 N·m (15-18 lb ft).
  5. Install the front passenger side headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
