Removal Procedure
- Using a flat-bladed tool, remove the luggage carrier side rail caps (1) from the luggage carrier side rail.
- Remove the nuts (2) that retain the luggage carrier side rail.
- Remove the luggage carrier side rail from the roof.
- Repeat the procedure to remove the second luggage carrier side rail, if necessary.
Installation Procedure
- Install the luggage carrier side rail to the roof.
- Install the nuts (2) and tighten to 7 N·m (62 lb in).
- Install the luggage carrier side rail caps (1) to the luggage carrier side rail.
- Repeat the procedure to install the second luggage carrier side rail, if removed.
