Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1224200 Size: SH
  1. Remove the sunroof screen clips (2).
  2. Remove the sunroof screen lock (3).
  3. Remove the sunroof screen (1).

    4. Object Number: 1224196 Size: SH
  4. Remove the inside sunroof molding (1) in the passenger compartment.

    5. Object Number: 1224194 Size: SH
  5. Remove the lower sunroof frame screws (2).
  6. Remove the lower sunroof frame (1).

    7. Object Number: 1224190 Size: SH
  7. Remove the upper sunroof frame (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1224199 Size: SH

    Note: When installing the lower sunroof frame, make sure to tighten the screws previously as shown in the figure and tighten all the screws.

  1. Install the upper sunroof frame.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the lower sunroof frame with the screws (1) and tighten to 3 N·m (27 lb in).
  3. Install the inside sunroof molding.
  4. Install the screen with the clips and the lock.
