Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1618491 Size: SH
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
  2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  3. Remove the discharge pipe line nut.
  4. Remove the discharge pressure pipe line.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1618491 Size: SH
  1. Install the discharge pipe line.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the discharge pipe line nut and tighten to 22.5 N·m (16.5 lb ft).
  3. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  4. Recharge the A/C refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
