Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1222872 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket.
  3. Remove the seat belt buckle. Refer to Front Seat Belt Buckle Replacement.
  4. Remove the recliner knob screw (2).
  5. Remove the recliner knob (1).

  6. Remove the recliner cover screws (2).
  7. Remove the recliner cover (1).

    8. Object Number: 1222891 Size: SH
  8. Remove the recliner bolts on the seat cushion (3).
  9. Remove the seat back bolt (2).
  10. Remove the seat cushion (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1222883 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat cushion with the seat back bolt and the recliner bolts.

    2. Object Number: 1222884 Size: SH
  2. Install the recliner cover and the recliner knob with the screws.
  3. Install the seat belt buckle. Refer to Front Seat Belt Buckle Replacement.
  4. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
