Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the floor air outlet. Refer to Air Outlet Replacement, Floor.

    2. Object Number: 290838 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the center outlet duct vacuum actuator linkage from the center outlet duct valve.
  3. Roll the instrument panel back. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    4. Object Number: 290841 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the two vacuum hoses.
  5. Remove the center outlet duct vacuum actuator from the bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 290841 Size: SH
  1. Install the center outlet duct vacuum actuator to the bracket.
  2. Connect the two vacuum hoses.
  3. Roll the instrument panel forward. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges and Console.

    4. Object Number: 290838 Size: SH
  4. Connect the center outlet duct vacuum actuator linkage to the center outlet duct valve.
  5. Install the floor air outlet.
