Removal Procedure

    Notice: Make sure the ignition switch and the headlamp switch are turned off before beginning the repair procedure.


    Object Number: 290881 Size: SH
  1. Remove the trim plate screws.
  2. Remove the switch trim plate by pivoting the trim plate outward at the bottom and pulling the plate down.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

    4. Object Number: 290867 Size: SH
  4. Remove the retainer screws from the switch trim plate.
  5. Remove the instrument panel dimmer switch from the switch bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 290867 Size: SH
  1. Install the instrument panel dimmer switch to the switch bracket.
  2. Install the retainer screws to the switch trim plate.
  3. Connect the electrical connectors.

    4. Object Number: 290881 Size: SH
  4. Install the switch trim plate.
  5. Install the trim plate screws.
