1. Place the ignition switch in the RUN or ACCY position.
2. Connect a test lamp between CKT 1307 (DK BLU) at left power window switch cavity F and ground.

Did the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Go to Step 2

Repair the open in CKT 1307 (DK BLU) or CKT 343 (YEL) between convenience center cavity D and the left power window switch.

Are the power windows still inoperative from the left front switch?

--

Go to Step 3

System OK

1. Connect a test lamp at left power window switch connector C1, cavity G and cavity K between CKT 666 (DK BLU) and CKT 667 (BRN).
2. Press the switch up and down.

Did the test lamp light in both positions?

--

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 4

1. Inspect the inoperative switch for a poor connection.
2. If the connection is OK, replace the left power window switch.

Are the power windows still inoperative from the left front switch?

--

Go to Step 5

System OK

1. Connect a test lamp between CKT 666 (DK BLU) and CKT 667 (BRN) at the left power window motor connector.
2. Press the window switch up and down.

Does the test lamp light in both positions?

--

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in CKT 666 (DK BLU) or CKT 667 (BRN) between the power window switch and the left power window motor.

Are the power windows still inoperative from the left front switch?

--

Go to Step 7

System OK

1. Inspect the left power window motor for a poor connection.
2. If the connection is OK, replace the left power window motor.

Are the power windows still inoperative from the left front switch?
