Effective with cycle 296, dated 08/02/02, the maximum dealer
empowerment level for authorization code "E", used for Other Labor
Hours (OLH), will be 2.0 hours. If more than 2.0 hours are required,
the claim will have to be "H" routed to your Area Service Manager
for wholesale authorization along with justification for the additional time.
