Condition

Some customers may comment that the rear of the vehicle appears to sit low. Upon investigation, technicians may find that the D trim height measurement may be up to 51 mm (2 in) low. Dealers may find vehicles on their lot with this condition.

Cause

Incorrect rear coil springs being installed at the plant may cause this condition.

Correction

Replace both of the rear coil springs with P/N 15182559. Refer to the Coil Spring Replacement procedure in the Rear Suspension sub-section of the Service Manual.
