Inspect the clutch hydraulic line.

Is the hydraulic line bursting or leaking?

Replace the master cylinder and hydraulic line assembly. Refer to Master Cylinder Replacement .

Does the clutch pedal still stay on the floor when disengaged?

Inspect the reservoir for fluid.

Is there fluid in the reservoir?

Fill the reservoir with fluid.

Does the clutch pedal still stay on the floor when disengaged?

Inspect the clutch release bearing in the actuator cylinder for binding.

Is there binding on the clutch release bearing?

Lubricate and free up the clutch release bearing or replace the clutch release bearing. Refer to Clutch Concentric Actuator Cylinder Replacement

Does the clutch pedal still stay on the floor when disengaged?

Check to see of the master cylinder pushrod has fallen off the clutch pedal.

Has the master cylinder pushrod fallen off the clutch pedal?

Correctly install the master cylinder pushrod. Refer to Master Cylinder Replacement .

Does the clutch pedal still stay on the floor when disengaged?

Inspect the master cylinder.

Is the master cylinder faulty?

Replace the clutch master cylinder as needed. Refer to Master Cylinder Replacement .

Inspect the clutch diaphragm spring.

Is the diaphragm spring weak or broken?

Replace the clutch pressure plate. Refer to Clutch Assembly Replacement .

Check the master cylinder seal and the master cylinder center valve seal.
