The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Some customer may state that the Wireless Headsets or Remote Control is inoperative. Please follow the procedure below, if there is a concern with the functionality of the remote control or the head phones are inoperative or the reception cut's in and out.

Recommendation/Instructions:

First check that the batteries are fully seated in the correct position in the wireless headphones. (Partially seated batteries may cause the reception/signal to cut in out). If this does not correct the issue, then replace the batteries with a new set and ensure the correct seated position. If a concern still exists, try a remote or wireless headphone from a same make and model year vehicle before replacing the remote or the wireless headphones.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
