GM Engineering would like to better understand the customer concerns related to paint. If the vehicle is brought in for a concern of dirt in paint, thin (primer bleed-through) paint, orange-peel or runs in the paint, complete the following steps PRIOR
to any repairs being made:
- Verify that the VIN and mileage are correct on the repair order.
- Make sure a detailed description of the complaint is recorded on the repair order.
- If possible, photograph the condition.
- Contact Jeff Young at 586-709-2780
. Engineering may be interested in physically inspecting the vehicle prior to repairs being made.
If Jeff is not available to take the call, e-mail the following
