Condition

Some customers may comment that the A/C is not cold enough.

Cause

Vehicles were produced with a 25 amp A/C fuse. The A/C fuse may have failed during cold weather due to ice loading. The customer may not become aware of the failure until temperatures warm up and the A/C is turned on.

Correction


Object Number: 1386303  Size: SH

Access the Engine Compartment Fuse Block. Refer to the above diagram for location of the fuse. Replace the current 25 amp "A/C" fuse with a 30 amp fuse. Refer to the Parts Information below for the part number.
