Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 909315 Size: SH
  1. Remove the antenna mast. Refer to Fixed Antenna Mast Replacement .
  2. Remove the retainer nut (1) .
  3. Remove the bezel (2) .
  4. Remove the right hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.
  5. Disconnect the antenna cable from the extension cable.
  6. Remove the right fender liner. Refer to Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.

    7. Object Number: 909381 Size: SH
  7. Remove the bolt (1) from the resonator (2), if equipped with 2.0L engine.
  8. Remove resonator (2) from vehicle, if equipped with 2.0L engine.

    9. Object Number: 909350 Size: SH
  9. Remove grommet (5) from inner structure and pull cable (4) out.
  10. Remove the bolt (2) that retains the fixed antenna bracket (1).
  11. Remove fixed antenna (3) with bracket (1) from vehicle.

    12. Object Number: 909387 Size: SH
  12. Loosen screw (3) and remove fixed antenna (1) from bracket (2), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 909387 Size: SH
  1. Install the fixed antenna (1) to the bracket (2) and tighten screw (3), if removed.

    2. Object Number: 909350 Size: SH
  2. Install fixed antenna (3) with bracket (1) to vehicle.
  3. Install the bolt (2) that retains the fixed antenna bracket (1).
  4. Position cable (4) though inner structure hole and install grommet (5).

    5. Object Number: 909381 Size: SH
  5. Install resonator (2) to inner wheel house, if removed.
  6. Install bolt (1) to resonator (2).
  7. Install the right fender liner. Refer to Fender Liner Replacement in Body Front End.
  8. Connect the antenna cable to the extension cable.
  9. Install the right hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side in Interior Trim.

    10. Object Number: 909315 Size: SH
  10. Install the bezel (2) to the fixed antenna.
  11. Install the retainer nut (1).

    12. Notice: Use tape on the tool surface so that you do not damage the paint on the antenna mast.

  12. Install the antenna mast. Refer to Fixed Antenna Mast Replacement .
