Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 489094 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the front seat inner adjuster finish cover. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Inner Adjuster Finish Cover Replacement .
  3. Remove the front seat outer adjuster finish cover. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Outer Adjuster Finish Cover Replacement .
  4. Remove the front seat back cushion. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  5. Remove the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement
  6. Lift the retaining spring (4) and remove the seat adjuster handle (1) from the outer seat adjuster (5).
  7. Remove the outer seat adjuster (5) from the seat adjuster lateral rod.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 489094 Size: SH
  1. Install the outer seat adjuster (5) to the seat adjuster lateral rod.
  2. Install the seat adjuster handle (1) to the outer seat adjuster (5). Ensure that the handle is locked into position by the retaining spring (4).
  3. Install the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement
  4. Install the front seat back cushion. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  5. Install the front seat outer adjuster finish cover. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Outer Adjuster Finish Cover Replacement .
  6. Install the front seat inner adjuster finish cover. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Inner Adjuster Finish Cover Replacement .
  7. Install the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
