Dome Lamp Replacement 2 Door

Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Gently pry the dome lamp lens (3) from the dome lamp assembly (1) with a flat-bladed tool.
3. Remove the 2 screws (2) which secure the dome lamp assembly (1).
4. Lower the dome lamp assembly (1) from the roof support.
5. Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector.
6. Remove the dome lamp assembly (1) from the vehicle.
7. Remove the dome lamp bulb from the dome lamp assembly (1), if necessary.

1. Connect the dome lamp electrical connector.
2. Install the dome lamp assembly (1) to the vehicle. Secure the dome lamp with the 2 screws (2).
3. Install the dome lamp bulb to the dome lamp assembly (1), if removed.
4. Install the dome lamp lens (3) to the dome lamp assembly (1).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Dome Lamp Replacement Front - 4 Door

Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Gently pry the dome lamp lens (3) from the dome lamp assembly (1) with a flat-bladed tool.
3. Remove the 2 screws (2) which secure the dome lamp assembly (1).



4. Lower the dome lamp assembly (2) from the roof.
5. Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the dome lamp assembly (2) from the vehicle.
7. Remove the dome lamp bulb from the dome lamp assembly (2), if necessary.

1. Connect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).



2. Install the dome lamp assembly (1) to the vehicle. Secure the dome lamp with the 2 screws (2).
3. Install the dome lamp bulb to the dome lamp assembly (1), if removed.
4. Install the dome lamp lens (3) to the dome lamp assembly (1).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Dome Lamp Replacement Rear - 4 Door

Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Gently pry the dome lamp lens (3) from the dome lamp assembly (2) with a flat-bladed tool.
3. Remove the 2 screws (1) which secure the dome lamp assembly (2).



4. Lower the dome lamp assembly (2) from the roof.
5. Disconnect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).
6. Remove the dome lamp assembly (2) from the vehicle.
7. Remove the dome lamp bulb from the dome lamp assembly (2), if necessary.

1. Connect the dome lamp electrical connector (1).



2. Install the dome lamp assembly (2) to the vehicle. Secure the dome lamp with the 2 screws (1).
3. Install the dome lamp bulb to the dome lamp assembly (2), if removed.
4. Install the dome lamp lens (3) to the dome lamp assembly (2).
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
