Removal Procedure
- Remove the 2 screws (2) that retain
the tail lamp (1).
- Pull the tail lamp (1) rearward
in order to access the turn signal, the backup and the tail/stop lamp bulb
sockets.
- Twist the turn signal lamp bulb socket (2) counterclockwise
and remove the socket from the tail lamp (1).
- Remove the turn signal lamp bulb from the bulb socket (2),
if necessary.
- Twist the backup lamp bulb socket (3) counterclockwise
and remove the socket from the tail lamp (1).
- Remove the backup lamp bulb from the bulb socket (3), if
necessary.
- Twist the tail/stop lamp bulb socket (5) counterclockwise
and remove the socket from the tail lamp (1).
- Remove the tail/stop lamp bulb from the bulb socket (5),
if necessary.
- Disconnect the tail lamp electrical connector (4).
- Remove the tail lamp (1) from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the tail/stop lamp bulb to the
bulb socket (5), if removed.
- Install the tail/stop lamp bulb socket (5) to the tail
lamp and twist clockwise in order to secure the socket.
- Install the backup lamp bulb to the bulb socket (3), if
removed.
- Install the backup lamp bulb socket (3) to the tail lamp
and twist clockwise in order to secure the socket.
- Install the turn signal lamp bulb to the bulb socket (2),
if removed.
- Install the turn signal lamp bulb socket (2) to the tail
lamp and twist clockwise in order to secure the socket.
- Connect the tail lamp electrical connector (4).
- Install the tail lamp (1) to the
vehicle. Secure the tail lamp with the 2 screws (2).
