1	Did you review the Radio/Audio System Description and Operation and perform the necessary inspections?	Go to Step 2	Go to Symptoms - Entertainment
2	Turn ON the ignition with the engine OFF. Turn the radio on. Using the balance and fade controls, verify that one or more speakers are inoperative. Do all four speakers operate normally?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Does the LF Speaker operate?	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 7
4	Does the RF Speaker operate?	Go to Step 5	Go to Step 7
5	Does the LR Speaker operate?	Go to Step 6	Go to Step 7
6	Does the RR Speaker operate?	Go to Step 13	Go to Step 7
7	Replace the inoperative speaker with a known good speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Speaker Replacement or Radio Rear Speaker Replacement for access. Did the replacement speaker correct the condition?	Go to Step 9	Go to Step 8
8	Disconnect the Radio connector. Refer to Radio Replacement for access. Test for a short to ground or an open condition in the inoperative speaker circuit. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 13	Go to Step 10
9	Inspect for poor connections at the inoperative speaker harness connector. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 13	Go to Step 11
10	Inspect for poor connections at the radio harness connector. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs in Wiring Systems. Did you find and correct the condition?	Go to Step 13	Go to Step 12
11	Replace the speaker. Refer to Radio Front Side Door Speaker Replacement or Radio Rear Speaker Replacement . Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 13	--
