Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 352234  Size: SH

    Caution: Wear safety glasses in order to avoid eye damage.

  1. Remove the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  2. Reposition the rear side door window channel away from the rear side door stationary window channel (5) in order to gain the necessary clearance to remove the stationary window channel.
  3. Remove the following components from the rear side door:
  4. • The screw (1)
    • The 2 bolts (3)
    • The rear side door stationary window channel (5)
  5. Remove the rear side door stationary window (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear side door stationary window (2) to the vehicle.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the rear side door stationary window channel (5) to the door. Secure the channel with the 2 bolts (3) and the screw (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the rear side door stationary window channel bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the rear side door window channel to the stationary window channel (5).
  6. Install the rear side door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
