Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 473511 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right tail lamp.
  2. Remove the 4 bolts (1) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door.
  3. Remove the 3 bolts (3) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door jamb.
  4. Remove the rear door lower hinge (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 473511 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear door lower hinge (2) to the vehicle. Secure the hinge to the rear door jamb with the 3 mounting bolts (3). Do not tighten completely at this time.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the 4 bolts (1) that retain the rear door lower hinge (2) to the rear door.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door lower hinge mounting bolts to 34 N·m (25 lb ft).

  3. Install the right tail lamp.
