Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 477539 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement in Entertainment.
  2. Remove the bulb socket (1) from the cigar lighter (3).
  3. Disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector (2).

    4. Object Number: 477540 Size: SH
  4. Unscrew the retaining nut (1) which secures the lighter housing to the rear of the cigar lighter (2).
  5. Remove the cigar lighter assembly (2,3) from the I/P.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 477540 Size: SH
  1. Install the cigar lighter assembly (2,3) to the I/P. Secure the assembly with the retaining nut (1).

    2. Object Number: 477539 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector (2) to the cigar lighter (3).
  3. Install the bulb socket (1) to the cigar lighter.
  4. Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement in Entertainment.
