Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2004 🢒 TrailBlazer - 2WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L 🢒 Oil Pump, Screen and Crankshaft Oil Deflector Removal

    Object Number: 1215980 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil pump screen bolt (405) and nuts (404).
  2. Remove the oil pump screen (407) with O-ring seal.
  3. Remove the O-ring seal (406) from the pump screen.
  4. Discard the O-ring seal.

    5. Object Number: 260099 Size: SH
  5. Remove the remaining crankshaft oil deflector nuts.
  6. Remove the crankshaft oil deflector.

    7. Object Number: 64281 Size: SH
  7. Remove the oil pump bolts.

    8. Important: Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil pump assembly. Cap ends as necessary.

  8. Remove the oil pump.
