For 1990-2009 cars only
- Remove the retaining ring.
- Disassemble the cam unit and clutch disc assembly as follows:
| 2.1. | Remove the guide clips (6). |
| 2.2. | Remove the clutch discs and the splined discs (7-14). |
| 2.3. | Remove the wave washer (5). |
| 2.4. | Remove the fuse disc (4). |
| 2.5. | Remove the carbon eared disc (3). |
| 2.6. | Disassemble the cam plate (2) from the cam side gear (1). |
