Headlamp Washer Hose Replacement Rainier

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 749618 Size: SH
  2. Remove the headlamp washer hose quick connect from the nozzle located on the bottom of the fluid reservoir.
  3. Remove the hose assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 749618 Size: SH
  1. Install the hose assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Install the headlamp washer hose quick connect to the nozzle.
  3. Install the grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the front grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the headlamp washer hose retention clips across the front impact bar area.

Disconnect the quick disconnect hose from the washer nozzle spout.
