Vibration Noise from Under Hood, Sounds like Sheet Metal Vibrating - kw 4.2 5.3 buzz front LL8 LM4rattle squeak

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

Vibration noise when accelerating through the 2000 rpm range. Sound like sheet metal vibrating.

Noise may be the hood prop rod vibrating against the fan shroud. Insulate the prop rod using a piece of rubber hose.
